At the heart of our service is professionally qualified advice provided only by current practising employment solicitors (independently regulated by The Solicitors Regulation Authority) and NEBOSH qualified H&S advisors. You can call them every day as many times as you need. They will provide unlimited practical advice on how to minimise employment and H&S problems and protect your interests at every step. You’re covered – if the worst happens. Our online resources and telephone advice will prevent manyissues from escalating any further. But if your case goes to court or tribunal, we’ll stay at your side. An experienced barrister or solicitor will represent you and manage your defence, from start to finish. But our service is also backed by employment indemnity insurance that covers the costs of any award, settlement and legal fees incurred (including our barristers’/solicitors’ fees).
